Accidents happen, but when they occur within a military community, families are left struggling to comprehend not only how to cope with the tragic losses but also the financial burdens associated with transportation for their loved ones and attending memorials, along with other related expenses. Running4Alec aims to provide a helping hand to ease the burdens of the impacted families and their loved ones by offering financial assistance and guidance towards additional resources supported by our organization.
Our Organization
Started by Alec’s parents after losing there beloved son after his helicopter crashed, Caryn and Steve, who are dedicated to ensuring their son’s legacy lives on eternally, we have embarked on a profound journey. Our goal is to passionately carry forward Alec’s story, all the while offering unwavering support to other families impacted by aviation tragedies through our commitment to running in Alec’s honor.
